We use this contact information to establish a user’s suitability for an account (approval is given on a case by case basis).

ATP Media may use the contact information to send the registrant information about ATP Media, ATP Media affiliates, events and clients, and promotional material from some of our clients, sponsors, advertisers and business partners.

Users may always opt-out of receiving any such information either by responding to the relevant communication as directed or by contacting archive@atpmedia.tv. Financial information that is collected may be used to bill the user for any products and services purchased. The registrant's contact information is also used to contact the user who has purchased goods from this site when necessary for customer service reasons. The data is held on our hosting service provider’s servers where best industry methods are used to prevent unauthorised access to our infrastructure. This is a secure data centre with very tight access control. No method of internet security can be 100% secure. ATP Media endeavours to maintain the security of your personal information but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. ATP Media’s  security policies are reviewed periodically and revised as required.

If you choose to modify your personal information or you have forgotten your password, you may do so by contacting ATP Media.
